Privacy policy

ScratchDB collects as little as possible. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog to count visits and see which pages and links are useful. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. PostHog stores an anonymous visitor ID in a cookie or local storage, records clicks and page views, and may record anonymised session replays of how pages are used. Text you type into forms is masked and not recorded.
- Server logs. Our server keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and debugging. They are deleted automatically.
- What you send us. If you submit a tool or email us, we keep that message to reply and to review the listing.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data, and we don't run advertising trackers.
Links to other sites
Tool pages link to the tools' own websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
